Volunteer registration

The volunteers who staff our event and make it all possible are affectionately called NPCs! We are looking for people who want to organise activities, staff the convention as an NPC, or taking a lead role as one of the convention coordinators. Use the form linked below to register interest!

Tickets

Our venue has limited capacity, so those who have pre-registered will be prioritized. But as long as we have enough tickets left, they will be possible to buy in person when you arrive!

We’re going to have three prices: youth, regular, and extra. Youths pay 20kr, and a regular ticket is 50kr. But in order to support the convention you may choose to pay extra – 100kr or 200kr. There are no boons or rewards for paying more, but it will help us to arrange more conventions in the future.

A ticket is valid for both days, and there are no one-day tickets.

Artist alley

(Preliminary information, subject to change before end of May)

Sellers in Artist alley will be able to register as such later on. The price for a table will be 250kr, and there will only be a few slots available. More information is available in the application form.

Our organization QueerNördarna is entirely run by volunteers, and any profits made from QueerCon 2026 will be used to create more LGBTQ+ friendly nerd events, for example QueerCon 2027.

You’re more than welcome to join us as a member of our organization – it will let you make your voice heard during our annual meetings, you’ll get a couple of newsletters over the year, and overall it strengthens our organization! Become a member (link is in Swedish)
